Chris Allen
Co-Founder
A seasoned technology and operations professional with experience across industries, Chris has led scrappy tech startups as well as international retail and ecommerce teams. Having spent the last several years at the cutting edge of hardware and software development in some of the world’s most important industries, he has helped drive change to increase crop production, improve water quality, and make our cities more livable and sustainable. Chris brings this experience and passion to bear for the Community Agency’s partners as they build the solutions of tomorrow.
Kevin Butler
Co-Founder
A versatile professional often dubbed as a “Swiss army knife,” Kevin boasts a dynamic mix of experience in product management, finance, strategy, technology, and data. From advising global tech firms at Lehman Brothers to pioneering geospatial data products at Lofty, his journey spans investment banking, hedge fund investing, academic research, and tech entrepreneurship, always underpinned by a passion for innovation and problem solving. Kevin has a PhD in capital markets research, and has been on the Utility Board of the City of Bentonville since 2020.
